This section publishes information on decisions determining the full or partial rejection of requests for access to public information, where one of the legally established grounds for refusal or inadmissibility applies. It also includes decisions issued by the Commission for the Guarantee of the Right of Access to Public Information (GAIP) in relation to appeals lodged against decisions adopted by the Barcelona Provincial Council.
